That was well-maintained hotel set in charming area, very close to Plaza and Metro, The Citadel by Pillow and the Opera and Sol metro stations. Our room was cheap and neat with a nice view, great prices. Everything was very good. The staff were helpful and very amiable.

I was pleasantly surprised by the central location of The Citadel. Being just a short walk away from all the attractions, it made exploring Madrid very convenient. The room was clean and well-equipped with everything I needed. I particularly enjoyed having a balcony where I could relax and enjoy the view. The staff were friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. I had a great experience at The Citadel and would highly recommend it for a cheap and centrally located stay in Madrid.

The hotel's location was perfect, right in the heart of the city. It was very easy to get to the market and other tourist destinations. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and spacious and provided with fresh towels each day.

The stuff where VERY VERY HELPFUL, superfriendly. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from a vast pedestrianized public square.

There were some noisy disturbances, and the elevator was not easy to access with heavy luggage. the hotel was a bit basic for our liking.
